John Hsieh MD

Dr. John Hsieh (pronounced shay) was born in Taiwan and moved to the U.S. at the age of thirteen. He graduated with honors from The University of California, Riverside with a B.S. in Biological Science and a minor in Asian Literature.

After college, he attended Medical College of Wisconsin and received his Medical Doctorate degree. He moved to Texas and completed postgraduate residency training in psychiatry at Baylor College of Medicine, Menninger Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.

He serves as an Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine and is board-certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Dr. Hsieh practices biblical counseling and is a member of Houston Chinese Church.
